- 6 pork chops
- 1 pack dry Teriyaki sauce mix
- 1 large bag frozen stir-fry vegetables mix

- Remove fat and bone pork chops; cut meat into strips.
- Stirring, brown pork strips into a deep frypan.
- Sprinkle pork strips with a little of the dry Teriyaki sauce mix.
- Add frozen mixed vegetables and mix in remaining dry Teriyaki sauce mix.
- Fry, stirring, for 20 minutes.
