California-Style Pork Stir-Fry
Comments: Serve over hot drained boiled rice.

  • 6 pork chops
  • 1 pack dry Teriyaki sauce mix
  • 1 large bag frozen stir-fry vegetables mix
  • Remove fat and bone pork chops; cut meat into strips.
  • Stirring, brown pork strips into a deep frypan.
  • Sprinkle pork strips with a little of the dry Teriyaki sauce mix.
  • Add frozen mixed vegetables and mix in remaining dry Teriyaki sauce mix.
  • Fry, stirring, for 20 minutes.
