- 2 ripe tomatoes, peeeled
- 1 cucucumber, peeled
- 1/4 cup [60 mL] sweet green pepper dices
- 1/4 cup [60 mL] onion dices
- 1 cup [250 mL] tomato juice
- 2 tablespoons [30 mL] olive oil
- 1 1/2 teaspoons [7.5 mL] vinegar or, better, red wine
- 1 drop Tabasco sauce
- Minced garlic, to taste
- Salt and pepper, to taste

- Into a blender, well mix together all ingrédients until smooth.
- Refrigerate soup until really cold, before serving.
