- 3 cups [750 mL] grated carrots
- 1 cup [250 mL] raisins
- 1 tablespoon [15 mL] liquid honey
- 6 tablespoons [90 mL] mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup [60 mL] milk
- 1 teaspoon [5 mL] lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon [1 mL] salt [optional]

- Delicately mix together grated carrots and raisins.
- Into a clean bowl, mix togehter liquid honey, mayonnaise, milk, lemon juice and, if desired, salt.
- Pour mixture all over carrots and raisins; mix delicately, until thoroughly mixed.
- Refrigerate until really cold, before serving.
