- Butter
- 10 ounces [284 mL] frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
- 1/2 cup [125 mL] chopped celery
- 1/2 cup [125 mL] chopped onion
- 1 cup [250 mL] rice, boiled then drained
- 1 small jar cheesespread
- 1 [10-ounce / 284-mL] can cream of mushroom soup concentrate

- Preheat oven to 375°F [190°C].
- Stir-fry together thawed chopped broccoli, chopped celery and chopped onion into some melted butter.
- Mix in drained boiled rice, cheesespread and cream of mushroom soup concentrate.
- Evenly pour mixture into a bread pan.
- Bake into preheated oven, for 30 minutes.
