Salmon Patties

  • 4 or 5 crackers
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • Pepper, to taste
  • Chopped onion, to taste
  • Just a little salt
  • 1/3 to 1/2 cup [45 to 70 g] flour
    +
    1 large can cleaned drained salmon
    or
    1/4 cup [35 g] flour
    +
    1 small can cleaned drained salmon
  • Oil
  • Crush crackers.
  • Mix in beaten egg, pepper, chopped onion, a little salt, flour and drained salmon.
  • Shape mixture into patties.
  • Heat some oil until really hot.
  • Fry patties into really hot oil, until golden brown on both sides.
