- 4 or 5 crackers
- 1 egg, beaten
- Pepper, to taste
- Chopped onion, to taste
- Just a little salt
- 1/3 to 1/2 cup [45 to 70 g] flour
+ 1 large can cleaned drained salmon
or 1/4 cup [35 g] flour + 1 small can cleaned drained salmon
- Oil

- Crush crackers.
- Mix in beaten egg, pepper, chopped onion, a little salt, flour and drained salmon.
- Shape mixture into patties.
- Heat some oil until really hot.
- Fry patties into really hot oil, until golden brown on both sides.
