Rice and Weiner

  • 1/2 cup [125 mL] instant rice
  • 1 cube beef broth concentrate, crumbled
  • 1 weiner
  • Hot boiling water
  • Some fried chopped onion [optional]
  • Prepare rice following instructions on box, mixing in crumbled beef broth concentrate along with rice.
  • Meanwhile, heat weiner into hot boiling water until hot.
  • When rice is done, drain then slice hot weiner into hot rice.
  • If desired, also mix in some fried chopped onion, before serving.
