- 2 ounces [56 g] Swiss cheese, grated [1/2 cup - 125 mL]
- 1/2 cup [125 mL] finely chopped celery or sweet pickles
- 2 tablespoons [30 mL] finely chopped onion
- 1/4 cup [60 mL] mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup [60 mL] sour cream
- Hint of pepper
- Softened butter or margarine
- Rye bread slices

- Well mix together drained tuna fish, grated Swiss cheese, finely chopped celery or sweet pickles and onion, mayonnaise, sour cream, salt and pepper.
- Spread bread slices with softened butter or margarine.
- Garnish half of rye bread slices with tuna fish mixture.
- Cover mixture with remaining rye bread slices; half and serve sandwiches.
