Clam Casserole
Comments: Excellent served hot, or cold.

  • 2 [8-ounce / 227-mL each] cans minced clams, with juice
  • 24 crackers, crushed
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 1/2 cups [375 mL] milk
  • 1/4 cup [60 g] butter, melted
  • Preheat oven to 400°F [200°C].
  • Well mix together clams with juice, crushed crackers, beaten eggs, milk and melted butter.
  • Evenly pour mixture into a 6 to 8-cup [1.5 to 2-L] greased oven-safe casserole.
  • Bake into preheated oven for approximately 45 minutes, until golden, before serving.
