Fruitful Tuna Salad

IngredientsPreparation
  • 1 [9 1/2-ounce / 270-mL] can tuna fish, drained and broken-up
  • 1/2 cup [125 mL] drained pineapple chunks
  • 1/2 cup [125 mL] seedless green grapes
  • 1/2 cup [125 mL] chopped celery
  • 6 ripe olives, pitted and sliced
  • 1/2 cup [125 mL]] chopped nuts
  • 1/2 cup [125 mL] mayonnaise
  • Lettuce leaves, to taste
  • Mix together drained tuna fish, drained pineapple chunks, seedless green grapes, chopped celery, ripe olive slices, chopped nuts and mayonnaise.
  • Spoon mixture over lettuce leaves, onto individual plates or into a salad bowl.
