- 1 [9 1/2-ounce / 270-mL] can tuna fish, drained and broken-up
- 1/2 cup [125 mL] drained pineapple chunks
- 1/2 cup [125 mL] seedless green grapes
- 1/2 cup [125 mL] chopped celery
- 6 ripe olives, pitted and sliced
- 1/2 cup [125 mL]] chopped nuts
- 1/2 cup [125 mL] mayonnaise
- Lettuce leaves, to taste

- Mix together drained tuna fish, drained pineapple chunks, seedless green grapes, chopped celery, ripe olive slices, chopped nuts and mayonnaise.
- Spoon mixture over lettuce leaves, onto individual plates or into a salad bowl.
