- 1 pound [454 g] macaroni elbows
- 2 pounds [1 kg] ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 can any tomato spaghetti sauce
- Pepperoni slices, to taste
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Grated Mozzarella cheese, to taste

- Preheat oven to 350°F [180°C].
- Boil macaroni pasta noodles into salted boiling water until 'al dente'; drain.
- Brown together ground beef and chopped onion into a frypan, until ground beef is well done.
- Drain off fat before stirring in tomato spaghetti sauce and pepperoni slices.
- Mix in drained macaroni pasta noodles.
- Pour into a long buttered oven-safe baking dish.
- Bake into preheated oven for 30 minutes.
- Sprinkle mixture all over with grated Mozzarella cheese.
- Bake into preheated oven, until cheese starts to brown.
