Chicken Whites Casserole

  • 2 whole chicken breasts
  • 2 boxes any stuffing mix
  • 1 [10-ounce / 284-mL] can cream of chicken soup concentrate
  • 1 [10-ounce / 284-mL] can cream of celery soup concentrate
  • Boil chicken breasts until done; leave to cool.
  • Preheat oven to 375°F [190°C] or 400°F [200°C].
  • Skin and bone chicken breasts; transfer chicken whites into a large bowl.
  • Mix in stuffing mix, then cream of chicken soup and cream of celery soup concentrates.
  • Mix well before pouring mixture into a large oven-safe dish.
  • Bake into preheated oven, for 45 minutes.
  • Serve immediately.
