- 3 cups [600 g] sugar
- 3/4 cup [190 mL] evaporated milk
- 1/4 pound [113 g] butter
- 1 cup [250 mL] peanut butter
- 1 [7-ounce / 200-mL] jar creamy marshmallow
- 1 teaspoon [5 mL] vanilla

- Into a large microwave-safe bowl, mix together sugar, evaporated milk and butter.
- Microwave for 3 minutes, on 'HIGH'.
- Remove from oven; mix well.
- Microwave for 3 minutes longer, still on 'HIGH'.
- Remove from oven; mix well.
- Microwave for 3 minutes longer, still on 'HIGH'.
- Well mix in peanut butter, creamy marshmallow and vanilla.
- Pour into a buttered glass pan.
- Refrigerate until hardened before cutting, into squares.
