Kept refrigerated, these sandwiches can be prepared a long time before serving time; a little before serving time, bring sandwiches to room temperature before heating them.

1 1/2 pounds [680 g] ground ham
1/2 pound [227 g] any grated cheese
2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
1/2 cup [125 mL] mayonnaise
1/2 cup [125 mL] catsup
2 teaspoons [10 mL] really fine onion dices
Hot dog rolls
Preheat oven to 350°F [180°C].
Mix together ground ham, grated cheese, chopped hard-boiled eggs, mayonnaise, catsup and onion dices.
Stuff hot dog rolls with mixture; separately wrap each stuffed roll into al foil.
Heat sandwiches into preheated oven for 20 minutes, before serving.
