Cheesy Chicken Whites

  • 4 chicken whites
  • 6 slices Swiss cheese
  • 1 [10-ounce / 284-mL] can cream of mushroom soup concentrate
  • 1 pack chicken stuffing mix
  • Non-stick spray
  • Preheat oven to 375°F [190°C].
  • Arrange chicken whites over the bottom of a square 9-inch [23-cm] baking pan, already sprayed with non-stick spray.
  • Top chicken whites with Swiss cheese slices.
  • Evenly pour cream of mushroom soup concentrate all over cheese slices.
  • Prepare stuffing following instructions on packaging; sprinkle stuffing all over cheese slices.
  • Cover baking pan with al foil.
  • Bake into preheated oven for 30 to 40 minutes, until boiling, before serving.
