- 1 pack yellow cake mix
- 3/4 cup [190 mL] oil
- 1 egg
- 2 cups [500 mL] chopped pecans
- Non-stick spray

- Preheat oven to 350°F [180°C].
- Spray a cookie sheet with non-stick spray.
- Well beat together cake mix, oil, egg and chopped pecans.
- Shape dough into 1-inch [2.5-cm] balls.
- Leaving some space between each, arrange dough balls onto prepared cookie sheet.
- Bake into preheated oven, until outside of cookies is just golden.
