- 12 Graham cookies, each cut into 4 squares
- 1 cup [225 g] butter
- 1/2 cup [100 g] sugar
- 1 cup [250 mL] chopped nuts
- 1 cup [250 mL] chocolate chips

- Preheat oven to 325°F [160°C].
- Line a 15 x 10 x 1-inch [38 x 25 x 2.5-cm] cake pan with buttered waxed paper.
- Arrange cookie squares into lined cake pan.
- Into a casserole, bring together butter and sugar to a boil over medium heat.
- Leave to simmer slowly for 3 minutes.
- Using a spoon, evenly coat cookie squares with mixture.
- Sprinkle cookie squares with chopped nuts.
- Bake into preheated oven, for 10 minutes; leave to cool.
- Melt chocolate chips over low heat; pour melted chocolate all over cookies.
- Leave chocolate to harden, then remove cookies from waxed paper.
