- 1 tablespoon [15 mL] cooking oil
- 1 cup [250 mL] canned pressed meat, into cubes
- 1/2 cup [125 mL] chopped onion
- 1/4 cup [60 mL] sweet green pepper, membranes and seeds removed, chopped
- 1 cup [225 g] any grated cheese
- 2 cups [500 mL] milk
- 1 cup [250 mL] 'bisquik' mix
- 4 eggs

- Preheat oven to 350°F [180°C].
- Preheat oil into a frypan.
- Brown together meat cubes and chopped onion and sweet green pepper into hot oil.
- Stir in grated cheese, milk, 'bisquik' mix and eggs.
- Pour mixture into a 9 x 13-inch [13 x 23-cm] baking pan.
- Bake into preheated oven, for 30 minutes.
