Caramel for Popcorn
Comments: If desired mix some peanuts into popped corn, before pouring in caramel.
Servings: Enough for approximately 4 cups [1 L] popped corn.
IngredientsPreparation
  • 1 cup [225 g] butter or margarine
  • 1/2 cup [125 mL] light corn syrup
  • 1 cup [250 mL] packed brown sugar
  • Stirring, melt together all ingredients into a casserole.
  • Immediately pour hot mixture all over popped corn; mix well.
