- 1/2 pound [227 g] sausage meat
- 1/2 pound [227 g] ground beef
- 1 box refrigerated biscuit dough
- Tomato sauce
- Grated Mozzarella cheese
- Grated Parmesan cheese

- Preheat oven to 400°F [200°C].
- Into a frypan, brown together sausage meat and ground beef; drain.
- Onto a cookie sheet, flatten each biscuit dough round with your hands until really thin.
- Spread 1 tablespoon [150 mL] tomato sauce over each round.
- Evenly garnish each round with meat mixture.
- Sprinkle each with 1 tablespoon [15 g] grated Mozzarella cheese, then with 1 teaspoon [5 g] grated Parmesan cheese.
- Bake into preheated oven for 10 minutes, before serving.
