Meat Spaghetti Sauce

  • 1 pound [454 g] ground beef
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 can pressed meat, sliced
  • Pepperoni slices
  • 1/2 cup [125 mL] water
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons [7.5 mL] oregano
  • Salt, to taste
  • Water
  • Into a saucepan, brown together onion dices, minced garlic and ground beef, stirring.
  • Pour in enough water to cover the meat and leave to simmer until no longer pink; drain.
  • Mix in pressed meat and pepperoni slices; pour in 1/2 cup [125 mL] water.
  • Sprinkle mixture with oregano and salt.
  • Simmer for approximately 30 minutes more, before serving.
