- 1 pound [454 g] ground beef
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 can pressed meat, sliced
- Pepperoni slices
- 1/2 cup [125 mL] water
- 1 1/2 teaspoons [7.5 mL] oregano
- Salt, to taste

- Into a saucepan, brown together onion dices, minced garlic and ground beef, stirring.
- Pour in enough water to cover the meat and leave to simmer until no longer pink; drain.
- Mix in pressed meat and pepperoni slices; pour in 1/2 cup [125 mL] water.
- Sprinkle mixture with oregano and salt.
- Simmer for approximately 30 minutes more, before serving.
