- 1 [10-ounce / 284-mL] can cream of tomato soup concentrate
- 5 ounces [150 mL] water
- 1 teaspoon [5 mL] chili powder
- 1 teaspoon [5 mL] onion flakes or freshly minced onion

- Into a casserole, mix together cream of tomato soup concentrate, water, chili powder and onion flakes or fresly minced onion.
- Bring to a boil.
- Leave to simmer for approximately 10 minutes, before serving.
