- 2 packs dry hot chocolate mix
- 3 tablespoons [45 mL] full instant coffee powder
- 1 cup [250 mL] hot heavy cream
- Cinnamon
- 3 cups [750 mL] hot boiling water

- Into a blender, mix together hot chocolate mix, instant coffee powder, hot heavy cream and just a hint of cinnamon, until foamy.
- Fill 6 coffee cups up to 2/3rds with boiling water; fill cups with foamy hot chocolate mixture.
- Stir until well combined.
- Sprinkle each serving with a just little cinnamon, and serve.
