- 8 hard-boiled eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon [2.5 mL] salt
- 1/4 teaspoon [1 mL] pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon [2.5 g] sugar
- 1 1/2 tablespoons [22.5 mL] apple cider vinegar
- 1 1/2 tablespoons [22.5 mL] salad dressing or mayonnaise
- 1/2 teaspoon [2.5 mL] dry mustard
- 1 teaspoon [5 mL] lemon juice
- Paprika

- Shell then half hard-boiled eggs lengthwise.
- Remove egg yolks and reserve whites; using a fork, crush egg yolks.
- Well mix together crushed egg yolks, salt, pepper, sugar, apple cider vinegar, salad dressing or mayonnaise, dry mustard and lemon juice.
- Stuff reserved egg white halves with egg yolks mixture.
- Sprinkle each with paprika, and serve.
