Deviled Eggs

  • 8 hard-boiled eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon [2.5 mL] salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon [1 mL] pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon [2.5 g] sugar
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons [22.5 mL] apple cider vinegar
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons [22.5 mL] salad dressing or mayonnaise
  • 1/2 teaspoon [2.5 mL] dry mustard
  • 1 teaspoon [5 mL] lemon juice
  • Paprika
  • Shell then half hard-boiled eggs lengthwise.
  • Remove egg yolks and reserve whites; using a fork, crush egg yolks.
  • Well mix together crushed egg yolks, salt, pepper, sugar, apple cider vinegar, salad dressing or mayonnaise, dry mustard and lemon juice.
  • Stuff reserved egg white halves with egg yolks mixture.
  • Sprinkle each with paprika, and serve.
