- 1 [10-inch / 25-cm] pie shell
- 1 1/2 cups [300 g] sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 1/2 teaspoons [7.5 mL] vanilla
- 1 teaspoon [5 mL] cinnamon
- 2 cups [500 mL] whipping cream
- 4 to 6 'delicious' apples
- A little butter, into small bits [optional]

- Preheat oven to 350°F [180°C].
- Line a 10-inch [25-cm] pie plate with pie shell.
- Into a jar, vigourously shake together sugar, eggs, vanilla, cinnamon and whipping cream.
- Peel, core and slice apples.
- Evenly arrange apple slices into pie shell.
- Pour cream mixture all over apples.
- If desired, dot mixture with butter.
- Bake into preheated oven for 30 to 40 minutes, until golden brown.
