- 2 pounds [1 kg] roasted pork cubes
- 1/2 can crushed pineapple, with juice
- 1 teaspoon [5 mL] brown sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon [1 mL] nutmeg
- Cornstarch
- Cold water

- Into a casserole, bring together pork cubes, crushed pineapple with juice, brown sugar and nutmeg to a boil.
- Leave to simmer slowly until hot.
- Mix a little cornstarch into a little cold water.
- Using diluted cornstarch, thicken sauce to taste before serving pork cubes, coated with pineapple sauce.
