- 2 cups [500 mL] roast turkey cubes
- 4 1/2 ounces [127.5 g] mushroom stems
- 1/2 cup [125 mL] chopped onion
- 4 ounces [113 g] grated Swiss cheese
- 1 1/2 cups [375 mL] mixed vegetables pieces
- 3/4 cup [190 mL] baking powder biscuit mix [Bisquik]
- 1 1/2 cups [375 mL] milk
- 3 eggs
- 1/4 teaspoon [1 mL] salt

- Preheat oven to 400°F [200°C].
- Into a buttered 10-inch [25-cm] pie plate, arrange turkey cubes, mushroom stems, chopped onion, grated Swiss cheese and mixed vegetables pieces.
- Beat together baking powder biscuit mix, milk, eggs and salt.
- Pour into pie plate.
- Bake into preheated oven, for 30 to 35 minutes.
- Leave to cool for 5 to 10 minutes, before serving.
