Hot Chicken Salad au Gratin

  • 4 cups [1 L] cooked chicken cubes
  • 3/4 cup [190 mL] mayonnaise
  • 3/4 cup [190 mL] cream of chicken soup concentrate
  • 4 hard-boiled eggs, each cut into 4 wedges
  • 2 cups [500 mL] celery dices
  • 1 tablespoon [15 mL] chopped onion
  • 1 teaspoon [5 mL] salt
  • 1 cup [225 g] any grated cheese
  • Preheat oven to 400°F [200°C].
  • Delicately mix together chicken cubes, mayonnaise, cream of chicken soup concentrate, hard-boiled egg wedges, celery dices, chopped onion and salt.
  • Pour mixture into an oven-safe dish.
  • Evenly sprinkle mixture with grated cheese.
  • Bake into preheated oven for 25 to 35 minutes until bubbly and golden, before serving.
