- 4 cups [1 L] cooked chicken cubes
- 3/4 cup [190 mL] mayonnaise
- 3/4 cup [190 mL] cream of chicken soup concentrate
- 4 hard-boiled eggs, each cut into 4 wedges
- 2 cups [500 mL] celery dices
- 1 tablespoon [15 mL] chopped onion
- 1 teaspoon [5 mL] salt
- 1 cup [225 g] any grated cheese

- Preheat oven to 400°F [200°C].
- Delicately mix together chicken cubes, mayonnaise, cream of chicken soup concentrate, hard-boiled egg wedges, celery dices, chopped onion and salt.
- Pour mixture into an oven-safe dish.
- Evenly sprinkle mixture with grated cheese.
- Bake into preheated oven for 25 to 35 minutes until bubbly and golden, before serving.
