- 1 really fresh egg
- 1/2 teaspoon [2.5 mL] salt
- 1/4 teaspoon [1 mL] dry mustard
- Pinch of pepper
- Pinch of onion powder
- Pinch of garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons [30 mL] lemon juice
- 1 cup [250 mL] olive, canola or other oil
- 1 cup [250 mL] plain yogurt [2% m.s.g. or less]

- Into a blender, mix together egg, salt, dry mustard, pepper, onion powder and garlic powder, at low speed, until mixture starts to whiten.
- Blender still running at low speed, very slowly pour in oil.
- Be careful not to pour oil too fast, or mayonnaise will be liquid.
- Mix in plain yogurt to get a light mayonnaise.
- Serve.
