- 4 fish fillets, [1 pound / 454 g total]
- 1 tablespooon [15 mL] lemon juice
- 1/3 cup [80 mL] fine breadcrumbs
- Pinch of savory
- Pinch of thyme
- Pinch of oregano
- Pinch of pepper
- Pinch of salt
- Paprika, to taste

- Preheat oven to 350°F [180°C].
- Brush fish fillets with lemon juice.
- Mix together fine breadcrumbs, savory, thyme, oregano, pepper and salt.
- Coat fish fillets with breadcrumbs mixture.
- Sprinkle fillets with paprika.
- Arrange fish fillets into a rectangular, greased oven-safe dish.
- Bake into preheated oven, for approximately 15 minutes.
