Breaded Fish Fillets

  • 4 fish fillets, [1 pound / 454 g total]
  • 1 tablespooon [15 mL] lemon juice
  • 1/3 cup [80 mL] fine breadcrumbs
  • Pinch of savory
  • Pinch of thyme
  • Pinch of oregano
  • Pinch of pepper
  • Pinch of salt
  • Paprika, to taste
  • Preheat oven to 350°F [180°C].
  • Brush fish fillets with lemon juice.
  • Mix together fine breadcrumbs, savory, thyme, oregano, pepper and salt.
  • Coat fish fillets with breadcrumbs mixture.
  • Sprinkle fillets with paprika.
  • Arrange fish fillets into a rectangular, greased oven-safe dish.
  • Bake into preheated oven, for approximately 15 minutes.
