Tuna Noodle Casserole

IngredientsPreparation
  • 2 cups [500 mL] milk [2% m.s.g. or less]
  • 1/4 cup [60 mL] whole wheat flour or other [35 g]
  • 1 onion, minced
  • 2 [184-g / 6 1/2-ounce each] cans tuna fish, drained
  • Pepper, to taste
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pinch of tarragon
  • 2 cups [500 mL] any boiled drained noodles
  • Mix together milk, flour and minced onion.
  • Pour into a casserole.
  • Cook over medium heat until thickened, for approximately 5 minutes.
  • Mix in drained tuna fish, pepper, salt, tarragon and drained noodles.
  • Cook, for approximately 5 minutes more.
