- 1 tablespoon [15 mL] unflavored gelatine
- 1 cup [250 mL] cold fruit juice
- 1 cup [250 mL] low fat yogurt

- Soak gelatine in 1/4 cup [60 mL] cold fruit juice.
- Microwave soaked gelinte on 'HIGH' for 10 to 25 seconds, until dissolved.
- Pour in remaining fruit juice.
- Stir in yogurt.
- Pour into popsicle molds with sticks, and freeze.
