- 4 egg whites
- 8 teaspoons [40 mL] skimmed milk powder
- 1 teaspoon [5 mL] vanilla
- 1 teaspoon [5 mL] almond extract
- 1 teaspoon [5 mL] liquid sugar substitute
- Cinnamon, to taste

- Preheat oven to 275°F [135°C].
- Whip egg whites until firm.
- Well mix in milk powder.
- Stir in almond extract and liquid sugar substitute.
- Drop spoonfuls of mixture onto a cookie sheet.
- Bake into preheated oven for 45 minutes.
- Remove meringues from cookie sheet then sprinkle meringues with cinnamon.
