  • 4 egg whites
  • 8 teaspoons [40 mL] skimmed milk powder
  • 1 teaspoon [5 mL] vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon [5 mL] almond extract
  • 1 teaspoon [5 mL] liquid sugar substitute
  • Cinnamon, to taste
  • Preheat oven to 275°F [135°C].
  • Whip egg whites until firm.
  • Well mix in milk powder.
  • Stir in almond extract and liquid sugar substitute.
  • Drop spoonfuls of mixture onto a cookie sheet.
  • Bake into preheated oven for 45 minutes.
  • Remove meringues from cookie sheet then sprinkle meringues with cinnamon.
