  • 1/2 pound [227 g] margarine
  • 1 pound [454 g] marshmallows
  • 1 pound [454 g] Graham cracker crumbs
  • 3/4 cup [190 mL] chopped raisins
  • 1 teaspoon [ 5 mL] coconut extract
  • 1/2 cup [125 mL] dried apricot pieces
  • 1/2 cup [125 mL] fresh cranberry pieces
  • 3/4 cup [190 mL] chopped date pieces
  • Melt together margarine and marshmallows.
  • Mix in Graham cracker crumbs.
  • Mix together chopped raisins, coconut extract, dried apricot pieces, fresh cranberry pieces and date pieces.
  • Well mix into first mixture.
  • Lightly press mixture into a 6 x 13 x 2-inch [15 x 33 x 5-cm] glass pan; cover with plastic wrap.
  • Refrigerate overnight.
