- 1/2 pound [227 g] margarine
- 1 pound [454 g] marshmallows
- 1 pound [454 g] Graham cracker crumbs
- 3/4 cup [190 mL] chopped raisins
- 1 teaspoon [ 5 mL] coconut extract
- 1/2 cup [125 mL] dried apricot pieces
- 1/2 cup [125 mL] fresh cranberry pieces
- 3/4 cup [190 mL] chopped date pieces

- Melt together margarine and marshmallows.
- Mix in Graham cracker crumbs.
- Mix together chopped raisins, coconut extract, dried apricot pieces, fresh cranberry pieces and date pieces.
- Well mix into first mixture.
- Lightly press mixture into a 6 x 13 x 2-inch [15 x 33 x 5-cm] glass pan; cover with plastic wrap.
- Refrigerate overnight.
