  • 4 cups [1 L] unsweetened apple juice
  • 4 tablespoons [60 mL] sugar substitute [more if desired]
  • 4 tablespoons [60 mL] lemon juice
  • 2 [1-tablespoon / 7-g each] packs unflavored gelatine
  • Mix together all ingredients into a casserole.
  • Bring to a boil; leave to simmer slowly for 5 minutes.
  • Leave to cool before pouring into individual dessert bowls.
  • Refrigerate until set.
