Ingredients
Preparation
4 cups [1 L] unsweetened apple juice
4 tablespoons [60 mL] sugar substitute [more if desired]
4 tablespoons [60 mL] lemon juice
2 [1-tablespoon / 7-g each] packs unflavored gelatine
Mix together all ingredients into a casserole.
Bring to a boil; leave to simmer slowly for 5 minutes.
Leave to cool before pouring into individual dessert bowls.
Refrigerate until set.
