  • 1 cup [250 mL] freshly hulled strawberries
  • 3/4 cup [190 mL] strawberry-flavored soft drink
  • 1 [3-ounce / 85-g] pack unsweetened strawberry-flavored gelatine mix
  • 3 packs sugar substitute
  • Crush strawberries into a casserole; mix in strawberry-flavored soft drink and heat mixture for 1 minute.
  • Remove from heat and stir in strawberry-flavored gelatine mix, until completely dissolved.
  • Stir in sugar substitute; pour into clean jars.
  • Keep refrigerated.
