2 egg whites
1 cup [250 mL] apricot-apple butter
1/2 cup [125 mL] whipping cream
2 tablespoons [30 mL] fructose
Whip egg whites until firm, yet not dry.
Delicately fold in apricot-apple butter.
Whip cream mixing in fructose, until firm peaks form.
Fold in whipped cream.
Freeze.
