- 1 cup [140 g] flour
- 1/2 cup [125 mL] creamy peanut butter
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon [5 mL] vanilla
- 1 teaspoon [5 mL] salt
- 1 1/2 teaspoons [7.5 mL] baking powder
- 1/2 cup [125 mL] water
- 1 tablespoon [15 mL] liquid sweetener
- 1/2 cup [125 mL] vegetable oil

- Preheat oven to 375°F [190°C].
- Into a large bowl, mix together all ingredients.
- Shape dough into small balls.
- Arrange apart onto an ungreased cookie sheet.
- Bake into preheated oven, for 12 to 15 minutes.
