  • 1 cup [140 g] flour
  • 1/2 cup [125 mL] creamy peanut butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon [5 mL] vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon [5 mL] salt
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons [7.5 mL] baking powder
  • 1/2 cup [125 mL] water
  • 1 tablespoon [15 mL] liquid sweetener
  • 1/2 cup [125 mL] vegetable oil
  • Preheat oven to 375°F [190°C].
  • Into a large bowl, mix together all ingredients.
  • Shape dough into small balls.
  • Arrange apart onto an ungreased cookie sheet.
  • Bake into preheated oven, for 12 to 15 minutes.
