- 1/4 cup [60 g] margarine
- 1 tablespoon [15 mL] granular fructose
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon [5 mL] vanilla
- 3/4 cup [105 g] flour
- 1/4 teaspoon [1 mL] baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon [1 mL] salt
- 1/2 cup [125 mL] semi-sweet miniature chocolat chips

- Preheat oven to 375°F [190°C].
- Cream together margarine and fructose; beat in egg and vanilla.
- Sift together flour, baking soda and salt into first mixture.
- Mix well.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Spoon dough, 1 teaspoon [5 mL] at a time, approximately 2 inches [5 cm] apart onto a greased cookie sheet.
- Bake into preheated oven, for 8 to 10 minutes.
