- 1 [4-ounce / 113-g] pack unsweetened vanilla pudding mix
- 2 cups [500 mL] skimmed milk
- 1 baked Graham cracker pie crust
- 2 bananas
- 1 [15-ounce / 426-mL] can crushed pineapple
- 1 cup [250 mL] whipped topping
- 1 teaspoon [5 mL] vanilla
- 1/2 cup [125 mL] chopped pecans

- Beat together vanilla pudding mix and milk until thick.
- Evenly pour into pie crust.
- Slice bananas then evenly top pudding with banana slices.
- Really well drain crushed pineapple; evenly spread drained crushed pineapple all over banana slices.
- Cover all with whipped topping; sprinkle all over with chopped pecans.
- Refrigerate until really cold before serving.
