  • 1 [4-ounce / 113-g] pack unsweetened vanilla pudding mix
  • 2 cups [500 mL] skimmed milk
  • 1 baked Graham cracker pie crust
  • 2 bananas
  • 1 [15-ounce / 426-mL] can crushed pineapple
  • 1 cup [250 mL] whipped topping
  • 1 teaspoon [5 mL] vanilla
  • 1/2 cup [125 mL] chopped pecans
  • Beat together vanilla pudding mix and milk until thick.
  • Evenly pour into pie crust.
  • Slice bananas then evenly top pudding with banana slices.
  • Really well drain crushed pineapple; evenly spread drained crushed pineapple all over banana slices.
  • Cover all with whipped topping; sprinkle all over with chopped pecans.
  • Refrigerate until really cold before serving.
