Sugar-Free Cranberry Relish [diabetic*]
Servings: Approximately 2 cups [500 mL]

  • 2 cups [500 mL] freshly cleaned cranberries
  • 2 sweet apples, cored and peeled
  • 1 cup [250 mL] orange juice
  • Chopped nuts, to taste
  • Sugar substitute, to taste
  • Into a grinder or a blender, chop together cranberries and apples.
  • Mix in orange juice, chopped nuts and sugar substitute.
  • Refrigerate for many hours, before serving.
