- 2 cups [500 mL] freshly cleaned cranberries
- 2 sweet apples, cored and peeled
- 1 cup [250 mL] orange juice
- Chopped nuts, to taste
- Sugar substitute, to taste

- Into a grinder or a blender, chop together cranberries and apples.
- Mix in orange juice, chopped nuts and sugar substitute.
- Refrigerate for many hours, before serving.
