Servings: Approximately 4 cups [1 L]

  • 1 1/2 cups [375 mL] grossly crushed candy canes
  • 2 cups [500 mL] milk
  • 1 cup [250 mL] light cream
  • 1 cup [250 mL] whipping cream
  • Leave grossly crushed candy canes to soak in milk overnight, refrigerated.
  • On the next day, mix in light and whipping creams.
  • Pour mixture into ice cream maker cylinder.
  • Process following manufacturer's instructions.
