- 1 1/2 cups [375 mL] grossly crushed candy canes
- 2 cups [500 mL] milk
- 1 cup [250 mL] light cream
- 1 cup [250 mL] whipping cream
- Leave grossly crushed candy canes to soak in milk overnight, refrigerated.
- On the next day, mix in light and whipping creams.
- Pour mixture into ice cream maker cylinder.
- Process following manufacturer's instructions.
