- 4 or 5 large Oriental kakis
- 3 tablespoons [45 g] sugar
- 6 tablespoons [90 mL] freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 2 cups [500 mL] whipping cream

- Rinse then pat dry Oriental kakis; press kakis through a potato ricer.
- Mix in sugar and lemon juice.
- Whip cream until wuite thick; fold whipped cream into first mixture.
- Evenly spread mixture, into metal ice cube containers after removing separations, or a mold.
- Freeze mixture until hardened, before serving.
