Creamy Pineapple Sherbet [ice cream maker]
Servings: Approximately 4 cups [1 L]

  • 1 cup [250 mL] freshly frayed pineapple with its own juice
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 1/2 cups [300 g] sugar
  • 1/8 teaspoon [0.5 mL] salt
  • 4 cups [1 L] really cold milk
  • Into a bowl, mix together freshly frayed pineapple and juice, lemon juice, sugar and salt to completely melt sugar.
  • Stir in really cold milk.
  • Pour mixture into ice cream maker cylinder.
  • Process following manufacturer's instructions.
