- 1 cup [250 mL] freshly frayed pineapple with its own juice
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1 1/2 cups [300 g] sugar
- 1/8 teaspoon [0.5 mL] salt
- 4 cups [1 L] really cold milk
- Into a bowl, mix together freshly frayed pineapple and juice, lemon juice, sugar and salt to completely melt sugar.
- Stir in really cold milk.
- Pour mixture into ice cream maker cylinder.
- Process following manufacturer's instructions.
