Creamy Pineapple Sherbet [ice cream machine]
Servings:	Approximately 4 cups [1 L]
Ingredients	Preparation
1 cup [250 mL] freshly frayed pineapple with its own juice Juice of 1 lemon 1 1/2 cups [300 g] sugar 1/8 teaspoon [0.5 mL] salt 4 cups [1 L] really cold mik	Into a bowl, mix together freshly frayed pineapple and juice, lemon juice, sugar and salt to completely melt sugar. Stir in really cold milk. Pour mixture into ice cream machine container. Process following manufacturer's instructions.
