- 1 1/2 cups [375 mL] chocolate wafer crumbs
- 1/4 cup [60 g] butter or margarine, melted
- 1 cup [250 mL] whipping cream [to serve]
- 1/4 cup [60 mL] icing sugar [to serve]
- Chocolate shavings, to taste [to garnish]
Green Cream of Mint Liquor Ice Cream Filling
- 4 cups [1 L] softened vanilla ice cream
- 1/2 cup [125 mL] green Cream of Mint liquor

- Prepare crust; refrigerate pie crust and for quite a few hours.
- At least 1 hour before serving, transfer vanilla ice cream into refrigerator to soften.
- Prepare then evenly spread green Cream of Mint liquor ice cream filling into really cold crust.
- Freeze pie until filling is really firm.
- Just before serving, whip together whipping cream and icing sugar until soft peaks form.
- Evenly spread sweetened whipped cream all over frozen ice cream pie, garnish pie to taste with chocolate shavings, and serve.
Crust
- Well mix together chocolate wafer crumbs and melted butter or margarine.
- Evenly press mixture over bottom and sides of a 9-inch [23-cm] pie plate.

- Into a bowl, well mix together softened vanilla ice cream and Green Cream of Mint liquor, until light.
