- 1 banana
- 1 scoop vanilla ice cream
- 1 scoop chocolate ice cream
- 1 scoop strawberry ice cream
- 1/4 cup [60 mL] chopped peanuts
- 1/4 cup [60 mL] of authentic old-fashioned fudge sauce
- Whipped cream, to decorate
- 1 Maraschino cherry, to decorate
Authentic Old-Fashioned Fudge Sauce
- 6 [1-ounce / 28-g] each semi-sweet chocolate squares
- 3/4 cups [190 mL] evaporated milk
- 1/4 cup [60 g] sugar

- Peel then slice banana lengthwise; arrange slices over the bottom of a plate of the lenght of the banana, see-through plate if possible.
- Arrange scoops vanilla ice cream, then chocolate ice cream and finally strawberry ice cream over banana slices.
- Sprinkle ice cream scoops with chopped peanuts.
- Evenly pour authentic old-fashioned fudge sauce all over ice cream scoops.
- Garnish to taste with whipped cream, top with Maraschino cherry, and enjoy!.
Authentic Old-Fashioned Fudge Sauce
- Mix together chocolate squares, evaporated milk and sugar into a heavy casserole.
- Cook mixture over low heat, stirring to completely met chocolate squares, until all is well combined.
- Watch carefully! Do not let burn.
