- 3 cups [600 g] sugar
- Juice of 3 oranges
- Juice of 3 lemons
- 3 cups [750 mL] whipping cream
- 3 cups [750 mL] milk

- Pour sugar into a large bowl.
- Mix in orange and lemon juices; leave to rest for 15 minutes.
- Mix well.
- Pour in cream and milk; mix well.
- Freeze into an ice cream machine.
