- 3 cups [750 mL] unsweetened frozen blackberries
- 2 teaspoons [10 mL] orange juice concentrate
- 4 teaspoons [20 mL] water
- 2 teaspoons [10 mL] Brandy or Cognac [optional]
- 4 fresh mint leaves, to decorate [optional]
- Into a blender or a food processor using metal blade, puree together frozen blackberries, orange juice concentrate, water and, if desired, Brandy or Cognac, scraping sides as needed.
- Serve into individual bowls, each garnished with a mint leaf if desired.
