Tiny Wild Strawberry Sicles

Comments: Whenever possible, it is a must to use tiny wild strawberries and goat milk.
  • 1 pound [454 g] tiny wild strawberries
  • 3 cups [750 mL] milk, goat milk if possible
  • Sugar, honey or corn syrup, to taste
  • Into a blender, puree together tiny wild strawberries, regular or goat milk and sugar, honey or corn syrup.
  • Pour into sicle molds, with sticks.
  • Freeze for 8 hours before serving.
