- 1 cup [250 mL] plain yogurt
- 3/4 cup [190 mL] frozen orange juice concentrate
- 3/4 cup [190 mL] cold milk
- 12 popsicle molds or cupcake paper cups
- Wooden sticks

- Into a blender, at high speed, blend together plain yogurt, orange juice concentrate and milk.
- Pour into 12 popsicle molds or cupcake paper cups.
- Freeze partially; arrange a wooden stick into each sicle.
- Freeze completely.
