Honeyscotch Sauce

Comments: Excellent served warm, over vanilla ice cream.
Servings: Approximately 2 cups [500 mL]
IngredientsPreparation
  • 6 tablespoons [90 g] butter
  • 2 teaspoons [10 mL] cornstarch
  • 1/3 cup [330 mL] liquid honey
  • 1/2 cup [125 mL] chopped pecans
  • Melt butter over low heat; stir in cornstarch.
  • Pour in honey; cook, stirring until boiling.
  • Mix in chopped pecans.
  • Serve.
